These Terms govern your use of the website nousfutures.com (the "Site"). Please read them before using the Site.
#1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, including the Nous AI chat agent and the demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
There are no accounts and no login. Your continued use of the Site is your acceptance of the version of these Terms in force at the time.
#2. Who we are
The Site is operated by Nikoloz Babunashvili, on behalf of Nous Futures, pending company registration in Georgia. Once the company is registered, this section will be updated with the registered entity name and address.

#3. What the Site is
The Site is an informational website about Nous Futures and its AI voice and chat agent product for hospitals and clinics. Through it you can read about what we do, talk to our chat agent, try a product demo, and book a discovery call.
The Site is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time.
#4. The demo is a simulation
The Kapanadze Medical Center demo is a simulation built to show how our product works.
- It is not a real hospital and is not affiliated with any real medical institution.
- No real appointment is booked, and no clinician receives or reviews anything you enter.
- Do not enter real information about your health, or anyone else's. Do not use the demo to seek medical help.
If you need medical care, contact a real healthcare provider or emergency services.
#5. The AI agent
When you use Nous AI or the demo, you are interacting with an automated AI agent, not a person. The agent may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it does not provide professional, medical, or legal advice. Do not rely on its output for any such purpose.
#6. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are.
#7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
- enter real medical, health, or other sensitive information into the demo;
- enter another person's personal data without the right to do so;
- attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to access;
- introduce malware, attempt to breach security, or bypass or evade rate limits or other protections;
- scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site in bulk;
- interfere with the availability or proper functioning of the Site.
#8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, the "Nous" wordmark and logo, and the AI agent — are owned by Nous Futures and its founders, or used under licence. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view and use the Site as intended. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
#9. Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services (including Calendly, Voiceflow, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Upstash, Resend, Loom, and Google). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services.
#10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
#11. Disclaimers
THE SITE, THE AI AGENT, AND THE DEMO ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the AI agent's output will be accurate or reliable.
#12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOUS FUTURES AND ITS FOUNDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED 100 GEL.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Georgian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
#13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site and our company change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
#14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
